Job Description

No Concept is looking for an assistant shop manager for one of its boutiques.

We are looking for a dynamic profile with proven experience in retail, passionate about fashion and sales, with excellent interpersonal skills and a mastery of advising in the women's ready-to-wear sector.

Main Duties:
Welcoming, assisting, and building customer loyalty as well as upselling
Product placement and visual merchandising
Maintaining the organization and upkeep of the boutique
Assistance with various administrative tasks
Monitoring orders, deliveries, restocking, and returns
Preparing E-shop orders
Active participation in achieving revenue targets and sales indicators
